Job summary

Kellermeyer Bergensons Services (KBS) is seeking a Program Manager, Healthcare for remote leadership of healthcare service programs. You will drive startup, readiness, and standardized execution across accounts, coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with standards, regulatory requirements, and client expectations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in healthcare environmental services or related field.
• Experience with multi-site transitions, implementations, or program rollouts.
• Ability to build standardized processes, SOPs, and service models.
• Experience collaborating with Operations, Staffing, Sales and Compliance.

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, and maintain the healthcare program across accounts.
• Lead end-to-end execution from kickoff to stabilization.
• Own service implementation outcomes including readiness and timelines.
• Coordinate seconded field managers and site leadership during transition.
• Translate contract scope into structured delivery models.
• Implement standardized service models, SOPs, and workflows.
• Ensure regulation compliance and audit readiness.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to validate scope and staffing.
• Support training programs for site teams.
• Oversee workforce readiness including onboarding and credentialing.
• Ensure staffing aligns with labor models and go-live.
• Identify and resolve risks related to staffing and delivery.
• Drive alignment across Sales, Operations, Compliance.
• Establish detailed transition plans with milestones.
• Monitor progress against KPIs.
• Communicate progress to stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities for new proposals.
• Contribute to transition strategy and operating model development.
• Participate in cross-functional initiatives for service growth.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
