Job summary

Susan G. Komen is seeking a Program Manager, Healthcare Partnerships to enhance patient access to breast health services across the U.S. You will coordinate relationships with healthcare and community partners, guide resource alignment, and manage implementation workflows to support Komen’s mission.

You will work in a fully remote environment with up to 10% travel, collaborating with internal mission teams and external stakeholders to deliver impact and measure program outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare program implementation and clinical operations.
• Ability to travel up to 10%.
• Strong communication and collaboration across stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.
• Experience with EHR workflows and referrals.

Responsibilities

• Support initiatives to improve patients’ access to high-quality breast health care in the U.S.
• Foster relationships with health care and community organizations.
• Lead relationship-management, implementation, and workflow-coordination.
• Guide organizations through needs assessments and resource alignment.
• Coordinate onboarding, referrals, and program engagement.
• Document activities and report on progress.
