Job summary

GovCIO is hiring a Program Manager to lead cross-team, multi-vendor coordination ensuring the VA PGHD ecosystem runs reliably for VHA Office of Connected Care. You will oversee delivery across PGHD apps, Validic, and new Google Health integrations, aligning stakeholders and technical execution for national-scale outcomes.

Ideal candidates bring 12+ years in program management with Agile delivery, and ability to navigate complex healthcare systems and enterprise data quality controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 12+ years experience or commensurate experience.
• Experience supporting federal programs or VA/OCC environment is preferred.
• Familiarity with PGHD data and health data integrations (Validic, CGM).
• Experience with API transitions and healthcare-related systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate delivery across multiple products, vendors and teams in a matrixed environment.
• Lead cross-functional coordination between VA, Validic, and device vendors.
• Drive Google Health API transition and data-quality oversight.
• Manage risk, status reporting, and cross-team blockers; support sprint planning.
