Job summary

Linus Health is seeking a results-driven Program Manager to join its Customer Success team remotely in the United States. Preference is given to candidates in EST or CST time zones.

You will drive clinical adoption of our digital cognitive assessment platform, manage day-to-day accounts, and ensure adherence to statements of work and contracts. You will collaborate with Sales, Product, and Clinical teams to align workflows with client needs, design optimized implementations, and deliver training

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Medicine, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Extensive clinical experience in healthcare settings including physician, nurse, and medical assistant workflows.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build strong client and internal team relationships.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with sales and product teams to understand customer needs and workflows.
• Guide adoption of digital cognitive assessments and healthcare technologies.
• Provide subject matter expertise in clinical discussions and tailor solutions to client needs.
• Train end users and manage change management initiatives for smooth integration.
• Maintain detailed client interaction records and generate progress reports.
