Ladders is seeking an IT Program Manager - Clinical Applications: Strategic Initiatives & AI to lead strategic clinical application initiatives across the health system, shaping priorities and guiding programs from concept through execution.

You will partner with IT and business stakeholders to translate requirements, measure outcomes, drive adoption of new solutions, mentor teams, and improve care delivery.

Qualifications

• Epic EHR certification and hands-on experience with core clinical applications.
• Ability to translate complex business requirements into optimized workflows.
• Strong written and verbal communication across management levels.
• Proven track record leading high-visibility IT programs.
• Knowledge of healthcare standards and system architectures.

Responsibilities

• Develop business cases and requirements to address technology-related issues.
• Assist in business strategy, planning, and portfolio management.
• Maintain relationships with IT and business peers to ensure operational excellence.
• Coordinate project activities and provide technical direction to teams.
• Analyze project initiatives and implement measurement processes for outcomes.
• Mentor IT team members on new systems and workflow enhancements.
• Create business process mappings to illustrate system interdependencies.
