Job summary

Devoted Health seeks a Manager, Clinical Product Operations to drive deployment of clinical initiatives, optimize workflows, and support change adoption across clinical teams. You will collaborate with Engineering, Data, and Product to refine workflows and oversee enterprise-wide rollouts.

Required are a healthcare or product management background, EMR experience, and strong change-management skills, with ability to lead training and adoption efforts in a remote US role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with healthcare or product management experience.
• 2+ years in enterprise change management scaling.
• EMR experience required (advanced or superuser).
• 2+ years in clinical project/process management or informatics.

Responsibilities

• Clinical Workflow Strategy: collaborate with engineering, data, and ops to map and optimize workflows.
• Initiative Planning: define priorities with product and leadership for monthly sprint plans.
• Rollout Execution: manage end-to-end deployment of new initiatives enterprise-wide.
• Change Management: create rollout communications and training resources.
• Training & Support: lead end-user trainings and post-deployment support.
