Job summary

CACI International Inc. is seeking a Program Manager for Federal Payroll Modernization.

The role will lead delivery of data migration, interfaces, and legacy payroll analysis within a multi-company team, coordinating schedule, staffing and governance while ensuring government acceptance. Responsibilities include risk management, subcontract oversight, and change control to support a cloud-based payroll modernization effort for approximately 605,000 federal employees.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree and 7+ years of IT program delivery experience.
Experience managing fixed-price or deliverable-based scopes with baselining and formal acceptance.
Federal program delivery experience with government acceptance processes and CPARS reporting.

Responsibilities

Manage delivery of the assigned scope, including schedule, resources, risks and dependencies.
Establish and maintain scope baselines and manage change control.
Manage deliverable preparation, quality review and Government acceptance.
Oversee subcontract administration, performance reporting and second-tier subs.
Manage staffing, onboarding and security processing for the scope.
Identify, track and escalate risks through program governance.
Support cutover, hypercare and transition to sustainment.
