Job summary

Bishop-McCann is seeking an Associate Program Manager to drive client programs from conception through execution in a remote setting. You will manage budgets, timelines, and vendor partnerships while delivering exceptional attendee experiences across programs.

In this role, you will build strong client relationships, coordinate with internal teams, and provide clear direction to partners. Travel of 35%+ is required to support site visits and on-site execution across client events.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain client relationships by building trust and delivering a high level of customer service.
• Oversee and manage all program elements, including site visits, hotel sourcing, room blocks, creative, production, travel, onsite management, vendor partnerships, and staffing.
• Ensure operational processes and procedures are followed and meet or exceed program deadlines.
• Use expertise to craft solutions, assist with, and recommend attendee experience technology on assigned programs.
• Provide ongoing, clear direction and communication to clients and all team members, including vendor partners.
