Qualifications

• 5–10 years of program and project management experience in enterprise IT.
• Experience with Agile frameworks and project management tools.
• Ability to lead multi-workstream programs across regions and teams.

Responsibilities

• Control program requirements, scope, and change management issues.
• Determine, monitor, and review program economics including budgets and staffing.
• Ensure adherence to legally binding requirements.
• Develop project control and reporting procedures and manage changes in plan.
• Undertake status review meetings among program teams and clients.
• Integrate PM and delivery methodologies (Agile, Red Hat PM methods).
• Travel to work with customers and partners as needed (up to 75% annually).
