Job summary

Cedars-Sinai is seeking a Digital Scheduling Program Manager to oversee the Cadence and MyChart initiatives, aligning stakeholders and guiding cross‑functional teams toward on‑time delivery of complex IT programs. You will shape strategic planning and resource allocation to optimize digital scheduling across clinics.

The role requires strong healthcare operations experience and a proven track record in large IT implementations, with Epic certification preferred.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of portfolio, program, and/or project management experience.
• Experience delivering healthcare IT implementations on time and on budget.
• Epic or similar software certification in relevant module.
• Experience in clinic/outpatient healthcare settings.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and provide strategic support to the EIS Cadence and MyChart teams.
• Lead cross‑functional project initiatives and prioritization.
• Monitor progress and provide regular status updates to leadership.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation plans across the program.
