Job summary

Emerging Tech seeks a Reporting & Quality Assurance Analyst in Florida to own quality control for the program’s reporting products. You will review deliverables, ensure sufficiency and traceability, and develop agency and enterprise level reports with strong documentation discipline.

You will build scoring models, maintain version control, support lessons learned, and help ensure all work products meet quality and compliance standards across multiple agencies.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in cybersecurity assessments, audits, compliance, QA, or technical reporting.
• Experience delivering client, auditor, or regulator–reviewed deliverables.
• Experience producing consistent reporting across multiple projects, clients, or business units.
• Ability to review technical evidence for sufficiency, quality, traceability, and consistency.
• Familiarity with NIST CSF, Rule 60GG-2, F.A.C., CIS Benchmarks, and internal audit documentation requirements.
• Ability to create compliance matrices, testing summaries, agency scorecards, and enterprise roll up reports.
• Excellent technical writing, editing, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform independent quality assurance reviews of deliverables and evidence packages prior to client submission
• Verify traceability from test objectives through procedures, evidence, findings, and recommendations
• Apply factual findings reporting discipline consistent with Agreed Upon Procedures engagements, ensuring work products report observations rather than opinions or conclusions
• Develop and maintain compliance matrices, agency scorecards, and enterprise roll up reporting
• Design and maintain normalized scoring models that enable consistent comparison of results across participating agencies
• Maintain document control, version control, and deliverable submission and acceptance logs
• Maintain the lessons learned repository and develop knowledge transfer materials and job aids
• Review outbound work products for confidential and exempt information prior to release
• Translate technical testing results into clear executive level reports and audit ready documentation
• Support consistent reporting across multiple agencies, projects, and business units
