Job summary

Cubex is seeking a Program Manager to own health, adoption, and optimization across our Corporate Sales POD portfolio. You will lead the regional CSM team’s activities, surface expansion signals, and drive executive reviews to demonstrate value and renewal readiness.

Remote, field-based role in the United States with up to 50% travel, reporting to the Associate Director of Customer Success. 5+ years in customer success or program management required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in customer success, program management, or account management for multi-site customers.
• Ability to build and present ROI, health-scoring, and program-impact narratives.
• Strong stakeholder management with clinical and administrative audiences.

Responsibilities

• Own program health, adoption, and utilization across assigned logos.
• Lead Executive Business Reviews (EBRs) and ROI validation.
• Surface expansion opportunities and renewal readiness.
• Coordinate engagement schedules across the portfolio with cross-functional teams.
• Maintain accurate program records in Salesforce.
