Job summary

Century Supply Chain Solutions is seeking a Program Specialist Customer Success to support and optimize customer programs for a Global ECommerce Retailer. You will work closely with customer accounts to ensure operational success, system effectiveness, and high service quality using the VIZIV platform.

You will monitor daily activity, resolve issues, and coordinate with Century teams to ensure smooth supply chain execution.

Qualifications

Experience in logistics, supply chain operations, or tech-enabled services.
Strong communication and problem‑solving abilities.
Ability to translate operational needs into clear system/workflow requirements.

Responsibilities

Build trusted customer partnerships by communicating clearly and delivering reliable service.
Own customer operational success by monitoring workflows and aligning with SOPs.
Operate with curiosity and problem‑solving to identify root causes and improvements.
Translate operational needs into system requirements and configuration improvements in VIZIV.
Maintain accuracy of data, configurations, and service quality across customer programs.
Enable customer and user success through guidance, troubleshooting, and training when needed.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to address issues and optimize processes.
Continuously identify opportunities to streamline workflows and enhance system functionality.
