Job summary

WTW is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of complex programs. You will manage scope, schedule, budget, risks, and stakeholder communications to ensure on-time, on-budget results that meet business objectives.

This individual-contributor role requires hands-on PM skills, working with cross-functional teams, and managing multiple workstreams while escalating risks to the Director as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Engineering, or related field.
• PMP or equivalent certification preferred.
• Agile/Scrum certification a plus.
• 4+ years of program/project management experience.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams without direct authority.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed program plans with scope, schedule, budget.
• Lead day-to-day program execution across cross-functional workstreams.
• Track progress, identify variances, and drive corrective actions.
• Apply governance standards and reporting templates.
• Facilitate status meetings and steering updates.
• Manage risks, issues, and dependencies; escalate as needed.
• Prepare status reports and dashboards for stakeholders.
• Coordinate resources and vendor deliverables.
• Capture lessons learned and support post-program reviews.
