Job summary

WWT is seeking a Sr Program Manager for a remote role focused on East Central regions. The position requires leading large, global cross-functional teams, managing multi-million dollar budgets, and delivering complex client initiatives with strong governance and risk controls.

The ideal candidate will have demonstrated leadership, extensive program and project management experience, and excellent communication skills to interact with executives and clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Arts/Sciences (BA/BS) related field.
• 10+ years progressive experience in a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years active Program Management experience.
• Minimum of 10 years of Project Management experience.
• Experience with financial customers.

Responsibilities

• Defines governance and controls across the program including status reporting and risk management.
• Staffs program appropriately with leadership and technical leads.
• Manages budgeting, forecasting and program financials to meet expectations.
• Creates executive reporting and delivers reports to executives.
• Ensures end-to-end program delivery and programme quality.
