Job summary

Dionce Technologies is seeking a Program Manager to lead the commercial and delivery engine for its AI products. You will drive pre-sales, win new business, and own project delivery from kick-off to go-live, coordinating across engineering, data science and customer teams.

The role is remote, full-time, with a 4-8 year background in SaaS/AI environments and a strong focus on customer outcomes and enterprise-scale deployments.

Qualifications

• 4-8 years of program or project management, pre-sales, solution consulting or delivery roles in a SaaS, AI or technology services company
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science or business; MBA is a plus
• Proven pre-sales experience: discovery, demos, proposals, RFP responses and effort estimation for B2B software or AI solutions
• Track record of business development: building pipeline, closing or contributing to new deals, and managing partner relationships
• Delivered at least two end-to-end customer implementations, owning scope, schedule, budget and stakeholder management
• Working understanding of AI products: conversational AI, LLMs, agentic automation, cloud telephony or contact-centre technology
• Hands-on with project tools (Jira, Asana, MS Project or similar) and Agile/Scrum delivery
• Excellent communication and presentation skills; comfortable with C-level customers and engineers
• Willingness to travel to customer sites as needed

Responsibilities

• Pre-sales and sales enablement: lead discovery calls and solution workshops; map workflows to AvaniCX and TrustWiz capabilities
• Build and deliver product demos and proofs of concept with engineering
• Own proposals, RFP/RFI responses, pricing inputs, effort estimates and statements of work
• Create and maintain sales collateral: pitch decks, case studies, battle cards, ROI calculators and demo scripts
• Train and enable sales partners and channel teams on product positioning and qualification
• Business development: identify and qualify opportunities across contact centres and CX teams; build pipeline
• Develop partnerships with telephony providers, SIs and resellers
• Represent Dionce at industry events and webinars
• Feed market insights back into the product roadmap
• Project delivery: end-to-end delivery of customer implementations from kick-off to go-live and hypercare
• Define delivery milestones, success criteria and acceptance plans with the customer
• Manage risks, dependencies and change requests; escalate early and resolve
• Run UAT, go-live and post-deployment reviews; track adoption and outcomes
• Project coordination: coordinate day-to-day across engineering, data science, QA and customer teams; run stand-ups and status reviews
• Maintain project plans, RAID logs and status reports for leadership and customers
• Manage multiple concurrent projects and prioritise capacity
• Standardise delivery playbooks, templates and onboarding processes
