Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
• 12+ years of program or project management experience in technology, data, or digital transformation.
• Experience leading large-scale, cross-functional programs with multiple stakeholders.
• Ability to engage, influence, and challenge senior leaders and executives.
• Working knowledge of AI/ML concepts, data pipelines, and deployment considerations.
• Experience with Jira, Microsoft Project, Asana, or Smartsheet; Agile familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex AI programs with timelines, budgets, and quality expectations.
• Partner with executives to identify risks, make critical decisions, and remove obstacles.
• Provide program-level reporting on status, risks, dependencies, and value realization.
• Coordinate data scientists, engineers, IT, security, and compliance teams.
• Facilitate program kickoffs, steering committees, and post-implementation reviews.
• Assess new AI initiatives for feasibility, readiness, and business value.
• Support portfolio prioritization by evaluating impact, complexity, and capacity.
• Challenge scope and business cases to ensure realistic plans and measurable outcomes.
• Establish governance, delivery methodologies, and scalable delivery processes.
• Serve as liaison to resolve technical/operational issues and improve service delivery.
• Track infrastructure, platform, security, and roadblocks to resolution.
