United Biosource Corporation is seeking a Supervisor – Program Management to oversee day-to-day operations of the program(s) and lead a team of professionals. The role may involve client interaction and requires developing policies and work plans with the Program Manager.

You will hire, schedule, train, and develop direct reports, identify process improvements, monitor SLAs, and drive program success in a remote, US-based setting.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s or associate degree or equivalent work experience.
• 3+ years of pharmacy or health benefits experience.
• Experience in PHM/Hub services is preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
