Job summary

Cardinal Health Sonexus Health Pharmacy Services is seeking a seasoned program manager to oversee complex client-facing programs remotely in the US. The role involves regular client liaison, meeting facilitation, and cross-functional coordination to ensure on-time delivery of all program activities and IT projects.

The position requires at least five years in client services and program management, with travel under 25%. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• Min 5 years related client services experience.
• Min 5 years’ experience in managing complex program activities with high accountability.
• Ability to travel - less than 25%.

Responsibilities

• Regularly review weekly, monthly & quarterly program activities with the client.
• Attend all program and client meetings; document key points and decisions.
• Monitor all program activities and IT projects associated with the program.
• Set due dates and assign responsibilities.
• Follow up on action items to ensure deadlines are met.
• Provide weekly reports on all program activities.
• Solicit feedback from owners on sub-tasks and timelines.
• Maintain up-to-date activity timeline and report progress/delays.
• Develop and manage activity timelines to ensure on-schedule deliverables.
• Obtain consensus on risks, decisions and closures.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams for timely completion.
• Facilitate communication between internal teams and clients.
• Escalate delays to program leadership when needed.
• Manage contract amendments and change requests.
• Coordinate client interactions with internal & external partners.
• Present program expectations in weekly and quarterly business reviews.
• Manage client access to internal reports and data streams with 3rd party vendors.
