Job summary

Cardinal Health Sonexus Health Pharmacy Services is seeking a seasoned Program Manager to oversee complex client services programs with cross-functional teams. You will coordinate weekly meetings, track timelines, and liaise with clients and internal partners to ensure deliverables are on time, within scope, and aligned with business goals.

This remote US role requires 5+ years of program or client services experience and travel up to 25%.

Qualifications

• Min 5 years related client services experience, preferred.
• Min 5 years’ experience in managing complex program activities with high accountability, preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Ability to travel - less than 25%
• Proven product knowledge in business area

Responsibilities

• Regularly reviewing weekly, monthly & quarterly program activities with the client.
• Attend all program and client meetings, take detailed meeting notes, document key points and decisions.
• Monitor all program activities and IT projects; set due dates and assign responsible parties.
• Follow up on action items to ensure deadlines are met.
• Provide weekly report of all program activities.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and timely completion of tasks.
• Escalate delayed activities to program leadership.
