DaMar Staffing Solutions is seeking a Program Advisor for a remote position in the United States. You will lead the execution and implementation of program design, goals, objectives, and contractual obligations to keep teams aligned and productive.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience managing people, programs, and budgets.
• Experience leading teams and health-related programs.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• Willing to travel to different locations.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance to CHWs and CHW Supervisors.
• Oversee deliverables and milestones to ensure timely completion.
• Assist with recruitment and training of staff/consultants.
• Maintain client satisfaction and renewals; identify growth opportunities.
• Deliver executive-level services including strategic planning and rollout.
• Foster collaborative, outcome-focused teamwork across the group.
• Meet with CHWs Supervisors and clinical leads to review metrics.
• Present program model, goals, and metrics to client leadership; field requests.
• Coordinate with community partners to access resources; disseminate processes.
• Develop reports and presentations with data for stakeholders.
• Represent the project team at meetings, events, and functions as needed.
