Job summary

Compunnel, Inc. in Wilmington seeks a Life Sciences Global Program Manager with R&D GxP experience to lead a Veeva Vault Clinical implementation (CTMS, Site Connect preferred; eTMF acceptable). The role requires senior IT and business stakeholder management and the ability to steer the program and chair steerco meetings.

Cross-workstream, cross-vendor collaboration is essential. You will manage a global program scope, coordinating multiple vendors and ensuring alignment across IT and business

Qualifications

• Global program management experience in Life Sciences R&D with GxP exposure.
• Experience implementing Veeva Vault Clinical (CTMS, Site Connect preferred; eTMF acceptable).
• Senior/executive stakeholder management for IT and business teams.
• Ability to steer programs and chair steerco meetings.
• Proven track record in cross-workstream and cross-vendor collaborations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and govern the life sciences R&D GxP program on the client’s scope.
• Steer cross-functional activities across multiple vendors and workstreams.
• Engage with IT and business stakeholders at senior levels.
