Job summary

Ōura is seeking a Program Management Lead for Emerging Markets to drive the Americas expansion, focusing on LATAM, Canada, and select U.S. channels.

You will own market launches and retail operations, leading cross-functional teams and coordinating with stakeholders to execute a scalable, end-to-end program portfolio. You will implement rigorous governance, risk management, and performance tracking while partnering with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations to deliver strategic market

Qualifications

• 10+ years of international program management experience across multiple countries and cultures.
• Proven leadership ability to inspire and drive programs to successful outcomes.
• Excellent cross-cultural communication and collaboration with diverse stakeholders.
• Deep knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices, delivering projects on time and on budget.
• Solid understanding of global business dynamics and geopolitical trends affecting programs.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with proactive risk mitigation.
• Superior organizational and time-management skills; able to manage multiple programs concurrently.
• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, Slack, and Google Docs in a global setting.
• Willingness to travel as required to oversee program operations and partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Develop and own end-to-end Retail Americas programs, including LATAM, Canada, and emerging U.S. channels.
• Manage full program lifecycle: roadmap, resourcing, risk, and stakeholder management.
• Lead cross-functional coordination with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations, IT, Legal, and Logistics.
• Identify and mitigate regulatory, logistical, and cultural risks in new markets.
• Serve as primary point of contact for program matters with internal stakeholders and retail partners.
• Track and report key performance metrics to senior leadership.
• Drive process improvements and scalable tools across markets.
