Job summary

Oura in the United States seeks a Senior Logistics Manager, Americas Retail Operations to lead all retail logistics across the Americas, oversee a small team, and drive successful retailer launches.

You will own performance metrics, push cost-down strategies, and coordinate with 3PL partners and our internal Trade and Logistics teams to scale the retail footprint into Canada and LATAM. This role requires strong EDI and cost-to-serve expertise.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in retail logistics, with 2+ years of people management in product-shipping industries.
• Deep expertise in retail compliance and chargeback management.
• Strong financial and operational analytics, including freight cost-to-serve models.
• Experience collaborating with Sales, Trade Compliance, and Global Logistics teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead Americas retail logistics operations for existing accounts and onboarding new retailers.
• Evaluate routing guides and onboard 3PL partners for error-free launches.
• Ensure compliance with routing, packaging, labeling, and EDI readiness.
• Drive efficiency to shorten PO-to-delivery times across the Americas.
• Own retail KPI reporting and actionable supply chain improvements.
• Collaborate with Sales, Trade Compliance, and IT to automate tracking workflows.
