Job summary

Ōura is seeking a Senior Director, Healthcare Partnerships to develop and scale partnerships with health plans, health systems and virtual care companies. This is a strategic, builder role focused on identifying problems, shaping solutions, and creating repeatable programs from pilots to scale.

You will own the full partnership journey, engage with executives, build a strong pipeline, translate product capabilities into buyer value, and work cross-functionally to drive measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in digital health, healthcare technology, virtual care, healthcare services, or closely related field with enterprise partnerships or business development.
• Experience commercializing disease management, connected care, remote monitoring, or wearable-enabled programs.
• Understanding buying decisions across health plans, health systems, provider groups and virtual care companies.
• Ability to craft compelling narratives for executives and diverse stakeholders.
• Proven track record closing complex healthcare partnerships and expanding them.

Responsibilities

• Define and refine Oura’s ideal customer profiles across health plans, health systems and virtual care companies.
• Engage with enterprise healthcare prospects to improve engagement, outcomes and cost of care.
• Map the healthcare buying environment and identify budget and business case behind opportunities.
• Translate feedback into program packaging, pricing, product priorities and evidence needs.
• Lead consultative, multi-stakeholder sales processes with payers, providers and digital care companies.
• Build and manage a qualified pipeline of new business.
