Collins Aerospace is seeking a PF&C Manager EV Cost Analyst to lead financial control on major development programs onsite in Cedar Rapids, IA. The role focuses on cost and schedule control, EVMS implementation, and collaboration with PM, Engineering, Finance, Contracts, and Operations to guide program execution.

Candidates should have a strong EVMS background, CPA-like accuracy with forecasts, and the ability to interact with customers and management. Travel up to 10% is required.

Qualifications

• Typically requires University Degree and 8+ years of relevant experience, or Advanced Degree with 5+ years of experience
• U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain security clearance
• Strong program controls and EVMS background
• Experience with Earned Value Cost Engines/Software

Responsibilities

• Provide effective financial planning and control on large development programs
• Develop and maintain PMB for earned value and project mgmt
• Establish CWBS and CWBS Dictionary
• Analyze program cost and schedule performance for leadership action
• Ensure EVMS compliance with standardized processes and audits
• Maintain current program margins and status alignment
• Interact with external customers on cost and schedule data
• Lead month-end processes and cost/schedule reconciliation
• Provide monthly/quarterly/yearly sales forecasting
• Prepare Estimates at Complete (EACs) and support program teams
