Job summary

Collins Aerospace is seeking a Manager of Program Finance & Control Schedule Analyst to onsite in Cedar Rapids, IA. You will create and maintain the program IMP/IMS, coordinate with CAMs/IPTs, and conduct schedule risk assessments. The role involves advanced analytics, schedule forecasting, and ensuring EVMS compliance within a fast-paced defense program.

The position requires a university degree with strong EVMS experience, U.S. citizenship, and the ability to obtain a DoD security clearance.

Qualifications

• University degree with minimum 8 years of experience or advanced degree with minimum 5 years of experience
• U.S. Citizen and ability to obtain/maintain security clearance
• Program controls and EVMS background
• Microsoft Project or Primavera proficiency

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain the program Integrated Master Plan (IMP) and the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS)
• Work with multiple schedulers to roll updates into a Master schedule
• Track plans and schedules, solicit updates, resolve critical path and network logic conflicts
• Perform well in a fast-paced environment with strong multitasking and communication skills
• Interact with CAMs/IPT Leads to develop intermediate schedules and incorporate them into the IMS
• Provide schedule analytics and assist CAMs/IPTs with awareness of schedule impacts before month-end
• Support development of proposals with interim schedules and Basis of Estimate documents
• Incorporate status and forecast updates in the IMS
• Conduct critical path and driving path analysis of the IMS
• Complete Schedule Risk Assessment (SRA)
• Coordinate with cost analyst to reconcile cost and schedule
• Provide schedule-related reports to Program Management and support IPMR reporting
• Support monthly Program Reviews and EACs
• Support audits (DCAA/DCMA) and EVMS compliance
• Travel up to 10%
