Job summary

RTX Collins Aerospace is seeking a Program Finance & Control (PF&C) Manager EV Schedule Analyst for a remote position in the United States. The role focuses on cost-control, schedule analysis, and development of forecasts for multiple projects.

You will interact with PM, engineering, finance, contracts, and operations to ensure integrated cost and schedule execution, with exposure to upper management and external customers. A DoD secret level clearance is required.

Qualifications

• University degree and 8+ years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with 5+ years.
• U.S. Citizenship and ability to obtain/maintain DoD clearance required.
• Program controls and EVMS background expected.
• Proficiency with MS Project or Primavera is required.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain the Integrated Master Plan (IMP) and Integrated Master Schedule (IMS).
• Coordinate schedule updates with schedulers to roll into the Master schedule.
• Track plans, request updates, and resolve critical path and logic conflicts.
• Perform under a fast-paced environment with strong multitasking and communication skills.
• Engage CAMs/IPTs to develop intermediate schedules and integrate into the IMS.
• Provide schedule risk analysis and forecast updates for management.
