Job summary

Collins Aerospace, an RTX Company, is seeking a program planning professional to join the Integrated Program Planning department. You will develop and maintain the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) and ensure compliance with government and customer requirements.

Work closely with program managers, finance, contracts, and technical leads to evaluate performance against the PMB and incorporate changes to keep baselines realistic. Remote work possible with some onsite discussions.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in using MS Office suite (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience with Microsoft Project (or similar scheduling software).

Responsibilities

• Create and maintenance of Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) that comply with government and corporate requirements.
• Assist in planning and cost estimating tasks.
• Perform analyses and prepare reports to ensure programs meet or exceed schedule commitments.
• Incorporate contractual and programmatic changes into the IMS to maintain realistic baselines.
