OCHIN is a national nonprofit health IT organization enabling data-driven evaluation across programs. The Program Evaluation Analyst partners with leaders to design, implement, and report rapid cycle evaluations that guide strategic decisions and improve outcomes.

The role emphasizes quantitative and qualitative analysis, collaboration with cross‑functional teams, and delivering clear, actionable findings in a remote work environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in rapid cycle evaluation, research, data analytics, or implementation science.
• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, applied mathematics, statistics, or related field required; master’s degree preferred.
• Experience with quantitative or qualitative software preferred.
• Experience creating reports, charts, and graphs desirable.
• Experience in a telecommuter role desirable with remote tools (e.g., Zoom).
• Demonstrated experience with program evaluation.
• Excellent interpersonal, intercultural, and customer service skills.
• Strong time management and ability to manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Conduct literature reviews to inform program evaluation and analyses.
• Perform rapid-cycle evaluations and analytics to assess initiatives.
• Develop evaluation plans in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Collect, validate, analyze, and interpret data to refine programs.
• Create data tables, dashboards, and reports for executives.
