Job summary

OCHIN, Inc. is seeking a Program Evaluation Analyst to conduct rapid‑cycle evaluations and data‑driven analyses across internal services and member strategies.

You will partner with leadership and subject‑matter experts to design, implement, and report evaluations that drive change and innovation. You will collect and interpret both quantitative and qualitative data, establish evaluation frameworks, and develop tools for dissemination.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of rapid‑cycle evaluation, research, data analytics, or implementation science.
• Experience creating reports, charts, and graphs desirable.
• Excellent written and spoken communication across diverse roles.

Responsibilities

• Conduct literature reviews to inform program evaluation and analyses.
• Perform rapid‑cycle evaluations and analytics to assess OCHIN initiatives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to design, implement, and report evaluation plans.
• Collect, validate, and interpret quantitative and qualitative data to refine programs.
• Develop evaluation frameworks and choose tools for dissemination of findings.
• Build dashboards and data products for executive stakeholders.
