Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in data analytics or related field.
• 3+ years in Healthcare/Healthcare IT/BA roles with project coordination experience.
• Experience documenting and communicating requirements to teams and customers.
• Ability to create usable documentation for product support audiences.
• Strong attention to detail and quality-focused deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate projects from initiation to completion, managing timelines and quality.
• Translate business and technical requirements into actionable implementation plans.
• Collaborate with vendors, members, and internal teams to align goals and outcomes.
• Evaluate workflows to identify improvement opportunities and drive operational efficiency.
