This role blends business analysis with project coordination to ensure successful implementations, workflow optimization, and stakeholder alignment. You will gather requirements, manage timelines, and provide subject matter expertise while bridging technical teams, vendors, and internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Healthcare, Healthcare IT, Project Coordinator, or Business Analyst role or experience project managing including presenting/meetings, communications, and tracking progress from beginning to end preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate assigned projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and quality standards are met.
• Gather, document, and translate business and technical requirements into clear plans for implementation teams.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, external vendors, and member organizations to align on goals and outcomes.
• Evaluate workflows and processes to identify opportunities for improvement and streamline operations.
• Provide subject matter expertise on supported products and systems and mentor team members.
• Support onboarding and ongoing education of team members on processes and best practices.
