You will gather business and technical requirements, manage timelines, and provide SME support across supported products and systems. This role bridges technical teams, vendors, and stakeholders to drive process improvements and strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in data analytics or related field (master’s preferred).
• Experience in Healthcare IT, project coordination, or business analysis with end-to-end project delivery.
• Ability to translate business and technical requirements into actionable plans.
• Strong communication with business, tech, and leadership teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from initiation to completion, manage timelines and risks.
• Document and translate requirements for implementation teams.
• Collaborate with vendors and member organizations to align goals.
• Evaluate workflows and lead initiatives to improve operations and service delivery.
• Share knowledge and mentor team members.
