Job summary

OCHIN is hiring a Program Specialist to coordinate cross-functional program activities, align with strategic goals, and ensure regulatory compliance. You will collaborate with internal teams and external partners to develop and implement solutions that improve patient outcomes and operational performance.

In this remote role, you will create program documentation, reports, and visual content, drive continuous improvement with data-driven insights, and communicate opportunities for engagement

Responsibilities

• Program Coordination & Execution: Manage and support program activities aligned with strategic goals, including day-to-day operations, project planning, and cross-functional coordination with internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Stakeholder Communication & Engagement: Serve as a key liaison to OCHIN members, customers, and partners by providing clear, timely, and customer-centric communication about program initiatives, updates, and opportunities for engagement.
• Program Evaluation & Continuous Improvement: Research, recommend, and implement improvements based on best practices and performance data; contribute critical thinking and insights to enhance program effectiveness and member value.
• Data & Content Development: Create and maintain program documentation, reports, and visual content (e.g., dashboards, presentations) to support internal and external communication, learning, and decision-making.
• Other duties as assigned.
