Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Healthcare, Healthcare IT, Project Coordination, or Business Analyst roles.
• Experience coordinating projects, preparing presentations, and tracking progress end-to-end.
• Competency assessment as part of the interview process.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate projects from initiation to completion, managing timelines and deliverables.
• Gather, document, and translate requirements into actionable plans for implementation teams.
• Collaborate with vendors and member organizations to align goals and outcomes.
• Evaluate workflows and processes to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Provide SME insights on supported products and mentor colleagues.
