Job summary

Okcnp is seeking a Program Evaluation Manager to lead behavioral health evaluation projects across Oklahoma. You will guide data collection, analysis, and implementation support for providers, health systems, and local governments, turning findings into actionable program improvements.

Reporting to the VP of Research and Insights, you will manage a team of consultants and staff, ensure fidelity to evidence-based practices, and collaborate across partners to deliver timely, practical insights

Qualifications

• Master’s degree required in public policy, public health, public administration, behavioral health, community health, or related field.
• At least three years of experience in behavioral health care operations or evaluation/implementation.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and commitment to the organization’s mission.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Experience with behavioral health practices and healthcare workflows is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan and lead program evaluations, including evaluations of federal grant programs.
• Coordinate day-to-day activities related to evaluation projects to ensure timely completion.
• Serve as primary liaison between Healthy Minds and external partners involved in evaluation projects.
• Build and manage relationships with community partners to ensure compliance with deadlines.
• Translate findings into actionable program implementation recommendations.
