Job summary

ACT is seeking a Program Director of Major Accounts and District Partnerships to lead a portfolio of the nation’s largest school districts from remote locations within the United States.

You will drive new business capture, grow existing relationships, and deliver measurable outcomes through comprehensive district plans, executive engagement, and coordinated cross-team efforts. This role is incentive eligible and salary ranges are commensurate with experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field.
• 7+ years selling to large K-12 districts.
• Ability to navigate district procurement processes.
• Strong relationships with senior district leaders.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of the nation’s largest school districts.
• Develop multi-year account plans for assigned districts.
• Lead responses to large district RFPs with solutioning and costing.
• Collaborate with state partnerships and field sales teams.
• Represent ACT at national and regional events.
