The position is remote for US-based candidates and offers a compensation range of $115,200 to $158,400 per year, with a strong emphasis on collaboration and value realization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in management consulting, strategy, product management, or related fields.
• Experience developing roadmaps and governance structures.
• Proven ability to manage complex cross-functional initiatives.
• Strong business acumen linking analytics to business outcomes.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
• Ability to influence stakeholders without direct authority.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the analytics strategy and roadmap.
• Manage intake, prioritization, and execution processes.
• Partner with business leaders to translate needs into analytics capabilities.
• Support development of business cases and prioritization materials.
