Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Program Manager, Tooling and Integrations to lead strategic technical programs across the organization, strengthening internal tooling, integrations, and access management. You will mentor a team, partner with engineering and operations, and drive data-driven decisions in a fast-paced environment.

Location: Remote – US based candidates only. Compensation: $190,000–$234,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is not available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical or business discipline or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of experience managing complex technical programs and tech-enabled operations.
• 5+ years of people management experience.
• Ability to translate operational constraints into technical requirements.
• Proficiency in SQL and dashboarding tools such as PLX/Looker.
• Thrives in a dynamic, ambiguous environment.

• Drive outcomes for strategic technical programs across multiple organizations.
• Implement improvements in integrations, tooling health, and access management.
• Manage cross-project dependencies and organizational launch review processes.
• Interpret data to support technical decision-making and deliver balanced solutions.
