Qualifications

• Experience with a variety of government contract types (FFP, T&M, CPFF, etc.)
• Proficiency with cost accounting and program control
• Strong analytical, organizational and communication skills
• Excel and MS Office proficiency
• Ability to obtain a government clearance
• Experience with Deltek Costpoint and government invoicing platforms

Responsibilities

• Provide revenue and funding planning, reporting, monitoring and analysis support to Program Managers.
• Lead project setup in compliance with contractual terms and requirements.
• Prepare program financial Estimates at Complete (EACs) and meet deadlines for corporate submission requirements.
• Identify project financial risks and opportunities and provide analytical contribution in working resolution with PM, Contracts, Procurement and Accounting.
• Review and assess all contract modifications and advise on financial impacts.
• Monitor costs and manpower on a monthly basis and ensure accuracy of charges to the correct job number.
• Prepare actual vs forecast/plan variance analyses and reporting.
• Prepare/Support Ops Review presentations for management.
• Prepare financial Contract Data Requirements (CDRL) and ensure customer deliverables are accurate and on time.
• Perform ad-hoc financial analyses and monitor funding status by line item.
• Support accounts receivable during billing and resolve unbilled issues with Contracts, Accounting and PMO.
• Prepare subcontractor and vendor accruals; ensure GAAP compliance and accurate reporting.
• Ensure program revenue and profit are recorded in compliance with EAC.
• Analyze profit risks and opportunities and advise management on the path forward.
• Ensure adherence to GAAP, Sarbanes-Oxley, FAR and company policies.
• Additional duties as assigned.
