Job summary

EDUCAUSE is seeking a Program Coordinator to support community engagement activities and initiatives for higher education IT audiences. You will manage logistics, publications, events, and resources while collaborating with volunteers and staff to improve program outcomes.

The role emphasizes coordination, documentation, and customer service across multiple programs, with deadlines and cross-department collaboration. A two-year minimum in related fields is expected.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree required; experience in higher education or professional associations preferred.
• Minimum of two years’ experience in higher education, information technology, or community-driven environments.
• Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams and deliver timelines.
• Comfort with approved AI tools to enhance documentation and workflows.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates assigned community engagement activities and maintains timelines, tasks, and deliverables.
• Maintains program documentation, records, meeting notes, and operational materials.
• Supports scheduling, communications, presentations, reports, and website updates.
• Assist program directors with planning for and creating program materials, resources, and tools.
• Act as liaison between programs and EDUCAUSE operations staff for publication of materials.
• Ensure program website materials are current and well-organized.
