• Experience coordinating volunteer groups and community initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate assigned community engagement activities and manage timelines.
• Maintain program documents, meeting notes, and materials.
• Support scheduling, presentations, reports, and website updates.
• Assist directors with planning and creating program materials.
• Liaise between programs and EDUCAUSE operations.
• Keep program website materials current and well-organized.
• Suggest improvements to enhance programs and services.
• Facilitate member working groups and content dissemination.
• Support Community Group leaders with Senior Program Manager.
