Job summary

Higher Education Resource Services (HERS) seeks a Programs and Events Coordinator to plan, deliver, and improve programs across in-person, virtual, and hybrid formats. You will manage participant communications, engagement, and resources to ensure a seamless learning experience.

The Coordinator works with the Programs Team, supports venues, technology platforms, and vendors, and helps maintain materials and evaluations for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Three years of experience in program coordination, event management, or related work.
• Experience coordinating professional events, conferences, or educational initiatives.
• Experience managing communications with participants, clients, or stakeholders.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate in-person, virtual, and hybrid program logistics and events.
• Develop participant communications plans and onboarding materials.
• Serve as primary contact for participants from registration through completion.
• Assist with budget tracking, expense monitoring, and vendor invoice processing.
• Develop program resources and materials to support learning experiences.
