Job summary

The COPD Foundation is seeking a remote Program Coordinator for Bronchiectasis & NTM Care Delivery & Education. This role supports the Bronchiectasis and NTM Care Center Network (CCN) program and develops educational resources, working with leaders across Care Delivery and Education to advance initiatives.

The ideal candidate has healthcare education experience, strong writing, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a remote setting, reporting to the Senior Director of Education and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university, or equivalent relevant experience.
• Nursing or Respiratory Therapy degree with specialization in bronchiectasis and/or NTM lung disease.
• Experience with bronchiectasis, NTM, pulmonary care, clinical education, or patient education.
• Experience developing, editing, or reviewing patient- or provider-facing educational content is preferred.
• Experience with program coordination, project management, nonprofit organizations, or community engagement is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop, review, update, and track patient- and provider-facing educational materials across formats.
• Research bronchiectasis, NTM, and related healthcare topics; assist with blogs and educational content.
• Support CCN application, screening, verification, and acceptance activities; track inquiries.
• Coordinate ordering and distribution of educational materials; maintain inventory.
• Create PowerPoint presentations; support webinars, meetings, and virtual events.
• Engage with online community; create content and foster supportive dialogue.
• Maintain educational resources on BronchandNTM.org and related digital content.
• Collaborate with Care Delivery and Education teams to coordinate projects.
