Job summary

UNC-Chapel Hill's Department of Pediatric Pulmonology seeks a Part-Time Pediatric Program Coordinator to support the Bronchopulmonary Dysplasia Interdisciplinary Care and Outreach Program. This 0.5 FTE role coordinates timelines, meetings, and communications across inpatient, outpatient, and multicenter settings.

Responsibilities include monitoring program metrics, supporting patient registry, and assisting with outreach, education, and grant activities to advance the program's mission.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and one year of related office experience.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with diverse teams.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, and other computer programs.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate multidisciplinary team meetings and manage program timelines.
• Facilitate communication among clinical teams and external partners.
• Support outreach, educational activities, and program initiatives.
• Oversee collection and reporting of program metrics.
• Assist with development and maintenance of the BPD patient registry.
