Job summary

The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill is seeking a Program Coordinator to support the Bronchopulmonary Dysplasia (BPD) Interdisciplinary Care and Outreach Program. This 0.5 FTE, 20-hour-per-week role focuses on project management, coordinating meetings and timelines across inpatient, outpatient, and multicenter sites.

Qualifications

• Minimum Education And Experience Requirements: High school diploma or equivalency and one year of related office experience; or equivalent combination of training and experience.
• Management Preferences include strong communication, diplomacy with administration, faculty, clinical personnel, and patients.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, and other computer programs.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate multidisciplinary team meetings and manage program operations and timelines.
• Facilitate communication among clinical teams and external partners; support outreach and educational activities.
