Job summary

North American Neuromodulation Society (NANS) seeks an Education Coordinator to join the Education Department. Working under the Director of Education, you will manage projects, coordinate annual meeting activities, CME programs, webinars, and speaker management while ensuring timelines and deliverables.

You will liaise with physician volunteers, faculty, members and colleagues, driving process improvements and providing exceptional service across education initiatives in a remote-friendly

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Two or more years of experience coordinating projects, education programs, or in healthcare/nonprofit settings.
• Excellent organizational skills with detail-oriented approach.
• Strong written and verbal communication with stakeholder coordination.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Proactive problem-solving and independent work ability.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with Zoom or Microsoft Teams for virtual meetings.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate annual meeting education, CME, webinars, and related programs.
• Manage speaker invitations, materials, and database records.
• Maintain education platforms, including LMS, abstract management, and webinar tools.
• Support on-site and online education operations and reporting.
• Collaborate with internal departments to enhance learner engagement.
