Reporting to the COE Lead, you will lead the Cost Controls and Scheduling teams, shape the governance framework, and mentor professionals across estimating, scheduling, and analytics to enable better

Qualifications

• Strong governance and standards for estimating, scheduling, forecasting.
• Lead cost controls and estimating functions across scoping and budgeting.
• Drive portfolio benchmarking, analytics, and risk visibility.
• Mentor and develop Cost Controls and Scheduling teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for integrated controls across cost, schedule, and forecasting across the portfolio.
• Establish governance frameworks and performance expectations for estimating, scheduling, and reporting.
• Oversee benchmarking, market intelligence, and pricing trend analysis at portfolio level.
• Partner with Project Delivery, PMO, Design Enablement, and Innovation teams to align priorities.
