Job summary

The Leidos National Airspace Systems Integration Support (NISC) Program seeks a Program Analyst to support FAA’s Office of Advanced Aviation Technologies. Remote position based in the Washington DC area with in-person requirement five days a week, supporting safety, security, and reauthorization activities.

Responsibilities include administrative support, FOIA processing, document editing, and coordination of travel and meetings with internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

• BA degree with 2+ years of relevant experience or Master’s with experience; degree may be substituted with equivalent experience.
• Excellent written communication and ability to proof/edit official documents independently.
• Ability to communicate to management levels, multi-task, and manage meetings with diverse stakeholders.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).
• Experience with FOIA support and related processes.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to FAA Administrators, management, staff, and external stakeholders.
• Develop and finalize documents for Chief Administrative Officer and other stakeholders.
• Coordinate and manage travel arrangements, including country clearances and expense vouchers.
• Use internal systems to manage workflows and communication (SharePoint, Outlook, Teams, E2, Concur).
• Draft, maintain, and finalize official correspondence in FAA EDMS.
• Support FOIA processing and related operational tasks.
